The first time we came there was a long delay with our coffees due to a miscommunication between the staff therefore we were sat waiting around for 30 mins. However when our coffees finally came, the staff member was very apologetic and even gave us a loyalty card with 2 free coffees. Today is our second time, we ordered our complimentary coffees (almond and soy milk lattes) they were much better than our first coffees plus there was literally no wait at all! The atmosphere is really nice, we have sat outside both times and will be back again. Thanks again for the complimentary coffees and great customer service!

Only eaten here once, but was a great experience, me and my wife are vegan, and while they don’t have vegan options. We called ahead and got to speak to the chef who custom made us a vegan dish. It was also during an all you can eat pasta promotion, and they included our dish in the promotion at no extra cost. Highly recommend purely thanks to the level of service we were given

Was looking for somewhere for a coffee in Gatton and we were pleasantly surprised to stumble across this place. The coffee was excellent, the food delicious and the service was super friendly. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Went to cottone’s for valentine’s day, we had the 200gr steak with chips and salad. The presentation was good, steak was cooked as requested, price was very affordable $30 for two. Only criticism was the wait over 1hr for the food to reach our table.

The food is good, but the service could improve. Last time we went we waited 30 minutes to have a beer delivered to our table, and an even longer wait for our food. We will be back, but I am hoping the service has sped up a bit!

waited over an hour and a half for our meals . All came out with cold chips . The meat was so over cooked not even worth eating . No menu brought to us had to go get one after waiting 20 mins . There only saving grace was the helpful guy with Tatts on his arms . So disappointed Spent big $$ and felt like a trip to KFC would of been much better ♂️. What staff need a lot more training ! Come on guys step up !

Enjoyed lovely celebrations with daughter, family and friends after daughter’s graduation ceremony at Gatton UQ campus. Lunch was really good. I had the vegetarian option. Salad with halumi. Portion was huge. Couldn’t really finish it…or should I say, shouldn’t have really finished it but it was too delicious to leave.

Good drinks. The food is nothing special and also takes pretty long to be prepared, even if to quite times. If you are not attending in a large group, you should get a table without reservation even at peak times.
