Waited in line at drive through for 20 minutes, orderd Bacon Deluxe Burger, get to the window and they tell me my order is a Junior Whopper. Told them no, then they said to order again as it didn’t ‘pop’ up. So I asked again for Bacon Deluxe Burger. Get my order, not only is it cold but it’s a Junior Whopper!!! I’m guessing it’s the one they made for the order I didn’t make, and were just too lazy to make what I wanted. I don’t like pickles or onion so that Burger ended up in the bin, a waste of $10!!

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Placed an menulog order. Received it nearly over 2 has later. And it was made when order was placed. Stone cold. Store manager had lip with me. I was a manager at kfc for nearly 5 years, i have never givilen out cold food. Doesn’t know how to run the store. Fair enough menulog is at fault for delivery. Without a doubt literally everytime we go drive through we are asked to pull into the waiting bay even when we are the only customers and then we have to wait at least 15 minutes in the waiting bay while other customers drive away that have ordered after us.Often the chips are underfilled and the onion rings are an overpriced mess. Honestly I’m struggling to understand what the hell is going on in that kitchen or with management to have not fixed this by now. More often than not we choose to go elsewhere just to avoid the ridiculously long waiting times.

Every time I go to this hungry jacks it takes anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, I understand at times it can get busy but just to top it off they get the order wrong every single time. My family and I always have bet on how many things they get wrong. Needs a serious wake up call

Very poor service, was asked to park as they had to make my coffee even though I was the only car in the drive thru, waited 10mins before going inside to find the staff talking instead of making my order I asked for my money back so I could go to work and was refused I asked 3 times and just kept getting told my order was almost ready, young rude lazy staff
