Watched this idiot hang out the drive through window for 10 minutes gossiping with her mates while there was a que up. Stupid music blasting from the restaurant and then when I got to the collection window. She was passive aggressive – I said nothing. It never ceases to amaze me as to how low these restaurants can go.

I have an online order for a deal, when I arrived they charged me the full price, they call their supervisor and arrived an Asian person with a really bad actitud, constantly raising his voice and saying “you need to calm down because you are agitated” I was speacking to him in normal voice all the time and he keep trying to clash with me, even when I say I’m not, I’m speacking you In a good way. They said the problem is from the app, so they will not fix it up.

In the morning before school I go into maccas nothern beaches and I would Oder and they purposely make it badly i physically need to eat in the morning to take medication and when I receive my food they are very disrespectful towards me, after I eat my food I feel sick because they purposely make it bad just because I’m a school kid I understand that some kids are annoying and don’t respect their business but their is no need for them to give all other kids disrespect.

Ordered 2 iced latte’s half strength & 2 sugars got to the window the drinks had no ice or sugar so we went back told them, they then made another two that weren’t half strength so the young fella went back in to make what we had asked for originally but the manager was going off who then comes outside only give us a refund for 1 drink. 1 of the young girls were trying to argue that the drink had ice in it when it clearly didn’t.
