Just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting bay for 2 breakfast meals and two extra burgers and just realised they forgot my cheeseburger. Too late now to go back because we are running late for the airport. Because you took so long preparing “fast food”. We were going to get something healthier but we’re limited with time and made the mistake of thinking this would be quicker. Terrible service and I’ve had better customer service from a brick wall.

I paid for a hamburger set, 3 sauce, and ice cream, but the staff only gave me a hamburger without saying anything. I asked for sauce and ice cream, but they said no. (because it’s out of stock ) Then I requested a refund, which was also refused I paid but did not receive the food.

This hungry jacks is beyond a joke hungry jacks would have to be my favourite takeaway but with every visit I’m missing something from my order on top of taking at least 20 minutes in the drive through quite literally no exaggeration here, no sauce given ever at all and when I’ve asked for sauce I’ve been told no, many times I’ve visited here and haven’t gotten sauce so sometimes when I visit I like to ask for sauce to keep for when they do forget it and was nastily told to move on that was the last straw for me will not be dealing with these guys anymore need a serious overhaul

Avoid!!! The service is extremely slow. I’ve given them several chances, and every time it’s appalling. Drive through orders take AT LEAST 15 mins, with literally nobody inside or drivethru, just over 30 mins on one occasion after not even making my meal then giving it to someone else. It is literally quicker to drive over to the other side of town and get food from the other one. This store leaves alot to be desired and management doesn’t do anything to help it. This store needs to be shut down.
