Its Maccas so you know what to expect. The food is great. The. Service is great. The drinks are great, i love chocky shakes and frozen cokes. Its in the foodcourt at Canelands so they are not responsible for the seating or the playground. Love the blue river views available from here. I have just one missive. I was there at a busy time and only one server was taking orders so the line was quite long. Overall though its Maccas, so you know your gonna love it.

This is the Best McDonald’s in mackay taste the best no stale food and is perfect when received (i mean when you get your food its not all over the bag/box… its done perfect) i live out Northern Beaches area and drive 15-20km past two McDonald just to come here…. that how good they are!!

For how busy they always are they have exceptionally quick and friendly service and food always the same as the McDonald’s we all know and love the only thing that gets annoying is the length of the lines and the lack of space they have available for a waiting area and food court is lacking seating during the busy times
