Every time I have been to this hungry jacks there is always an issue with getting our order wrong, tonight the lady on the drive through was rude , they were out of biscoff sauce and they couldn’t give us an Angus patty it was going to be a 15 min wait. So we went with the normal patty and asked for something extra and they said they could only give us extra chips but didn’t. Will not be giving this place the benefit of the doubt again

Went in with a friend and had to wait 10 minutes to be served, another customer walked in and complained about the poor service he received. When we finally got to order our 4 storm ice creams after being told they where out of biscoff flavour we then had to stand and wait another 10 minutes to receive them while 4 staff members all stood around talking about the customer that previously came in and seemed to be mocking him.

Absolutely poor service. I couldnt eat my first grilled chicken burger as it was too hard. Tiny bit of salad. Took it back & they said they would make another and it would take 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later & after asking multiple times l finally got my burger. It was worse than the first. So frustrating. They firstly ran out of biscoff with their new storms, so we ordered a different flavour. Waited around 10 minutes in the drive-thru and when we finally got to the window they said their ice cream machine stopped working. They didn’t say anything else after that, and I had to ask for a refund. Waste of time.

Service was absolutely disgraceful. No customer service at all from the staff. Went through drive through and instead of saying the full order, the guy said half of it then when corrected was defensive. Then waited 20 mins for two meals and bottles of water which were forgotten. Had to go in after the 20 mins for our drinks which I was met with standing there for 5 mins for service as 3 staff members looked at me but not one acknowledged me. If these people think this is ok they need to wake up. Honestly disgusting service.

This hungry Jacks is so rundown, the sign is nearly fallen off the side of the building, and it looks like it’s all mouldy disgusting probably cockroach infested. Sad but I only got a coffee and it was bloody poorly made big clunck of sugar in the bottom for my first sip it was so not delightful.

Went here a while ago, the food was cold, low quality, and took almost 15 minutes. The employees were lazy, disrespectful, and disgusting. One spent their time eating half an icecream behind the desk, and another employee let a bunch of kids in the lounge area mess around, break things, and cause a scene. Managers did nothing to stop this, and was instead rude. They should pick their managers wisely

disappointed..My partner got 5 small crumbed chicken bits. Nothing like the ads, with a med chips and a med warm flat coke. Forgot the sauce, all for $20. My Carolina burger tasted ok despite the lack of crispy onion. Flat warm coke again.
