When being given my meal, one of the workers noticed that my drink was not full, and so she took it and filled it to the brim and even wiped down the side of the drink for me. That was one of the best customer service I have ever had at a fast food chain and not only this, she was fast and efficient at taking orders. The food was definitely above average the Hungry Jacks standard. A little downside is that the floors were very greasy but that would not stop me from coming again.

Quick, accurate, hot, fresh. I tried the Gravy Tatoes that have been in the ads. I would recommend avoiding them as it’s mainly potatoes in light crumb deep fried. Very little gravy. Everything else was good. Download the HJ’s app for deals.

I ordered a triple whopper meal deal, got a single whopper burger. I can’t understand for the life of me how they can get it so wrong. Not like it’s a big order. Again I say they treat people by their post code, or maybe I’m born unlucky. Again estimated delivery time increased by the minute. Almost an hour to get my food.

It’s what you’d expect food wise. It’s attached to a petrol station, so not many seats inside, The drive-thru can get a little crowded with nowhere to park while you wait for your food.

Drove all the way here for the NBL promotion cheeseburgers for my family and was told every single member have to be there to claim theirs, while I have all the tickets, receipt of my purchase from Ticketek. The manager was not helpful!! The one he gave me was cold. Not worth the trouble moving forward.

Mouldy bread which I didn’t even notice at first because it was on the bottom bun of the burger, so I already took a couple bites. We chucked everything out, as we have no idea what else in the meals are possibly expired products and of course nobody wants food poisoning. Other than that, from the initial bites, the meat was crazy dry and tasted old. The coke’s were terrible, flat and very very diluted.
