Every single time I go here, something is always wrong. Whether it be the food, the TERRIBLE service. I was in there not long ago and they let a junkie into the store with his dog. I’ve ordered large and they’ve given me a small drink with the meal and when I told them that I ordered a large they said oh that’s what comes with it except I ordered a large not a small. It was just a simple drink. I don’t like this store but I love hungry jacks food, even though they always get my order wrong.

Came here for the grilled chicken. Placed the order and a few minutes later they told me they “had not prepped” the grilled chicken. This is already the 2nd time I’ve tried to order the grilled chicken at HJ. Looks like they have it on the menu but can never serve it….

The Jack’s spicy burger looks soo shabby. There’s literally no sauce or toppings on it. I even ordered onion rings and they just replaced it with coke. No explanation for anything.

Absolutely abysmal. Against my better judgement I decided I give HJ a go (I’ve only had a good experience once before in my life). I received 3 tiny bits of very dry tasteless chicken that were similar to oversized nuggets but flat. No soft drinks were available so I got a bottle of water (from a very limited choice) which was room temperature. When I asked for a cold one, I was told they didn’t have any cold bottles. Now I understand when sometimes thing break down or don’t go right, but to be charged nearly $14 for this absolute wreck of a ‘dinner’ was just beyond even my usual placid understanding. The only redeeming thing about my experience was the chips were hot but way too salty). How does this place stay open? DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

My whopper was cold and the young lady behind the counter was surly. If you don’t like people maybe get a job where you don’t have to interact with them. And if your silly ordering system is going to insist on customers providing their first name and surname initial (what’s wrong with a number?!), maybe when orders are ready use that name and initial. Instead they would call out just your initials, and do so so quickly that it was unrecognisable. Just do better!

Very disappointed in the Grafton Hungry Jack’s service tonight – it took over 15 minutes before the cars in the drive through moved and I was able to place an order. There was no acknowledgement from the person serving about the delay in service – which was quite confounding given how many people appeared to be working at this time. When I received my order, the chips were luke warm at best and THE BURGER WAS DEFINITELY NOT BETTER! The toppings and salad on my whopper was extremely scabby.
