When I first visited the shop a few months ago, the customer service was really good and the Pizza was great.. Today I ordered 2 Pizzas over the phone, one Chicken Supreme and one Mediterranean but when I picked them up and came back home I realised that one of the pizzas was not what i had ordered (I was given a Supreme instead of the Chicken Supreme). So I phoned the shop and told them that the order was wrong, the man who answered the phone said no there is nothing wrong with it and he prepared it as per my order. I tried to explain that one of the pizzas was not what i ordered and he insisted that this is the order I placed over the phone and if i had ordered what i thought i ordered he would have prepared that. Then went on about if he had made a mistake he would replace it but he hasn’t made a mistake with my order (Very rude and abrupt person to talk to). I was a fan of the shop and was telling everyone about it but after today, never again, I was left with a pizza that no one eats and our lunch was ruined and there was not enough for the whole family. I am so disappointed with then but oh well, never expect much of people who don’t know what customer service is about.

Depends who takes your order. I had a terrible service today. I phoned for a pizza and when I arrived 25 minutes later they said “we have run out of ingredients X, meant to call you.” I could substitute and then wait another 20 minutes. No thanks, walking 5 minutes down the road to the real pizzeria where they are not treating you like a dollar.

While I was waiting for my food I witnessed some HORRIFYING things. I heard what seemed to be the staff fighting out the back of the restaurant and later one of the staff members threatening a women. I have never seen such a disgraceful business. Whoever owns this shop has no idea how to run a business and seems to let this violence continue. I not only give the restaurant 1 star I urge people to stay away from this place for their own safety.

Good price and great pizza’s. Been eating here for years and tried many of their pizza’s, always lots of toppings and cheese, never a problem! They aren’t fancy wood fired pizzas but they are fantastic.

Went to pick up 2 kebabs after my bushwalk with my girlfriend and a pretty standard interaction with the staff followed asking what we wanted etc. we sat down for a while and when they called us up for our order they apologised for the wait and offered us free drinks! I turned them down because I didn’t even realise that it had been a lengthy amount of time (thank the chairs for that) but the fact that they made the offer deserves 5 stars. That’s a team that cares about their customers. Give white bucket hat guy a raise

Came up from Sydney for the weekend and looking for a place for an early dinner found Pizza Pizza. We got got a supreme pizza a small chips and a garlic bread. The small chips was huge and awesome. The garlic bread was what we expected but…the pizza…OMG. their supreme was one of thw best i have ever had. The people are awesome and they were cranking red hot chilli peppers

Surprisingly good pizza. It’s easy to mistake the skill with which the toppings are applied for carelessness, but the result always comes out perfect. The base is nice and crispy too.

Arrived at 8 pm on a sat night, to find that they had run out of normal pizza bases (because they don’t make them themselves) so they were only selling gluten free bases and still charging $2 extra. When i complained the gentleman said to ring back the next day, he just wasn’t interested in any feedback. Just really bad customer service…..never going there again.
