It was the first and last time I eat Hungry Jack food. I am still trying to digest the burger I had which was cold on top of being undigestable. Had a sip of Fanta, Coke and sprite from my family members and they tasted like dish detergent. Chips were cold so I didn’t eat them. The place was cold like a freezer. Horrible experience 360′.

Very poor experience. Pathetic attempt of an impersonation of “food”. Slow service inside even though there was only a few customers inside. When it finally arrived the burger looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the board and looked as though it was thrown together from a distance by a child under 10. Chicken inside it was flat and rubbery, one ring of tomato and a tiny flat sprig of lettuce. Luke warm. Chips pale and floppy.

I love their double quater pounder and their fillet-o-fish, friend got the mc rib and the lettuce was undercooked. The iced coffee frape was a little overcooked too which was nice. I didn’t think that we ate animal nuggets, always used them as fertiliser but tried the chicken one and didn’t taste like the one on the farm, the one from the farm tasted powdery from sitting in the sun

‘Open’ until 10pm but couldn’t serve us a burger at 930pm because they’d turned cookers off so they could knock off early. They then had the audacity to miss half our chips and drinks order. Hangry and disappointed.

Have been trying to get a biscoff shake for two weeks now and the machine has supposedly been broken, tried to call the store to see before I went and they didn’t pick up, asked if they knew when the machine would be fixed and got rude reply’s. This store is unhinged and needs a better manager/ owner.

Hungry Jacks is what it is. Consistent and value for the dollar fast food. My only issue is that they open so late in the morning… It would be a good option for a coffee on the way to work if it were open.
