got a chicken snack wrap and was disappointed. the chicken was extremely rubbery and tough and was filled with mayonnaise to the point where it was squeezing out of the wrap. just a sad thing

Shame you can’t order a meal at the counter anymore. Stood there for a while. No acknowledgement at all. Got fed up and ordered on the machines. None of the tables were wiped down. Chairs everywhere and rubbish on the floors and tables. Hate to see what this place is like when it’s busy…

I wanted to go next door to Grilld but I was pushed for time and chose Maccas instead. They were packed. Tables were dirty, and the staff was too busy to care. The only available table to eat on was way too high for my 6 year old but it was the only table left and we were hungry. Of all the food places to eat at I’ll be making sure I’m not pushed for time on our next visit to the plaza.

The place is a disgrace. Rubbish all over the tables and floor but the staff are standing around having a chat instead of cleaning up. When they do eventually get around to wiping down the tables they use a dirty, soaking rag that leaves puddles.

Much the same as all McDonald’s stores. Was a bit messy, but I was there at dinner time and they were flat out so I guess it can be expected to a point. The store does look sort of “old” or a but run down. Could do with a bit of a update. It is an amazing place to sit in the mall, right on the creek that runs through the centre of the mall (see photo).
