I am giving 2 stars because the chai was really good and the service was ok, nothing much and nothing bad. The other 3 stars were missed due to poor cleanness and the food being tasteless and cold. The burger was cold and placed on a bun with the cheese on top… of course the cheese did not melt as there was no heat from anywhere to at least warm it… the other sandwich was a little moister but also with so little salad that we had to search for it! There was no excuse for not serving food prepared with care as there was only ONE other person at the restaurant when we were there (and it was around lunch time)…. oh… I forgot one other client.. the fly dead in the window near our table 🙂 Sincerely, in a completely empty restaurant, instead of the worker that arrived for his shift to sit down in the meals area, he could have checked what needed to be done and/or cleaned around. Lots to do.

While I appreciate the convenience of having a Hungry Jack’s in Eltham, I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with the taste of the burgers and it’s presentation in box!. In comparison to other branches, the burgers at this location just didn’t quite hit the spot for me. While they were still decent, they lacked the same level of flavor, quality and suase that I’ve come to expect from Hungry Jack’s. That being said, the service was still great and the tables were reasonable clean. Overall, while I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to eat here again, it’s still a decent option if you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.

We always do shake and win when driving past this hungry jacks. Yes we often have to wait in the parking lot for it to come out. But guess what, everytime it’s freshly cooked. I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes for this. Never once is the food not fresh. Other hungry jacks stores have been terrible with stale awful chips and nuggets. Eltham hungry jacks you are a 5 star store. Highly recommend.
