Just had the worst takeaway meal ever! My chicken burger was so dark in colour I thought it was beef. Oil must be old! It was overcooked, was supposed to have bacon on it, didn’t find any, hardly any lettuce or mayo. My son’s double whopper patties were almost black! The wife’s burger wasn’t very nice either. Just awful. Won’t ever go back!

Average at best nearly no service obviously staff shortage. Not pleasant service at all, burger was okay but it’s supposed to be right. Constant beeping for no reason coming from kitchen so atmosphere would drive you crazy srsly turn it off.

The very first thing I got my food in 15 mins and the order was only two burgers and chips. Secondly dining is already ready to close at 8:30pm chairs are up mop buckets is out with chemicals on front counter. Kids are playing in dining what if someone get hurt or touch mop bucket???? After asking the manager he rudely said sorry and I’ll inform crew. Not even reacting at moment and not taking care of mop bucket. I have worked at hj and I know what are the process and when you can close dining so don’t try to teach instead work on your mistakes. I feel sad for customers who get staff like these. And oh by the way I’m missing my chips. Ordered two got one. Overall disgusting. Time of incident : 8:30 pm 21/12/21

Knew there would be trouble when we ordered at the drive through speaker box then asked to repeat the order at the window and they still got it wrong. Wife ordered grilled chicken bacon and cheese. Got fried chicken that had obviously been sitting there for a while and the bacon was so tough it was like jerky and had 2 shreds of lettuce. Her chips were only half filled. I got ultimate double whopper and the bacon was the same, very tough and dry. This place gets worse every time so don’t think I shall be returning.

Wow what Very dirty store, honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, my shoes kept getting stuck to the floor it was that sticky. food not fresh and very meh, being the only people in the store and you still forgot to put 1 of my burger in the bag!! So thank you.
