Great hungry jacks. We went for dinner last night, The girls that served us named Kristina , Mercy and Naya was super friendly and helpful. There service was fantastic and we hope we can find there service every hungry jacks we go. The food arrived and was fresh and hot. Probably one of the better ones around our area.

Went through drive through and asked to wait while burgers being made. Wait not too long and girl who brought out order to car was polite and professional. Burgers were delicious. Taters pack was ok.

We ordered through doordash. Hungry jacks took forever making our meals. Waiting a long time you’d be very hungry, delivery finally came, we only received drinks and not our meals ? Called them and said “doordash didn’t pick up the other bag” you shouldn’t blame door dash when you are responsible to hand the bags to them. And it sounded like a 14 year old boy answered the phone and sounded very confused at first. Very disappointed

Only because this shop is halal we went there every now and then. But today they behave badly while the food was ready to serve but they let the food cold back in the kitchen. Not good customer service at all.

Even if there is no one else in the store or in the drive through, they will make you park and get ready for a super long wait. The male manager who is a bit older than most is awesome but some of the staff look 12 and none of the other staff even make eye contact when serving let alone apologise for making you wait for up to 20 minutes
