Been to this place twice in the last year, wonder how this place stats open. The so called meals that I have had have been disappointing, order a Carolina meal, plus extra drink. Received the meal only one burger, chips and one drink. Went back to counter was told that that was not the meal pack, if I need that I would have to pay another 3.95. I got a burger and three nugget. Meal review. The chips looked and tasted if they had been cook days ago the second was over covered in sauce, the nuggets were rubber and the chicken burger was disgusting, all over not a nice meal. The attitude of the so called staff was disgusting, asked about the price of the meal, was told we don’t set the price, take it or leave it. As we had been travelling and were hungry we shuttered the meal. Due to the attitude of the staff, I did not feel like having a discussion with the. I will never go back to this store ever again.

A new low. Without a doubt the worst meal I’ve ever paid for. 18 bucks for 5 pieces of chicken and only recieved 3. The chicken pieces are the size of chicken nuggets and disgusting. No dipping sauces. Burgers were absolutely horrendous. Never again, you ought be ashamed!

You have to feel for these managers dealing with children who have never worked before, but your job is to manage. Never had a warm soft drink till today, walked in to swap it but was more trouble than it was worth. Chips were great though.

In the last few months (3), food quality has dropped dramatically… as soon as leaving the drive through I’ve tried a couple of chips and they were cold.. probably below room temperature to be fair.. this has happened on two different occasions now.. also drive through service/waiting times are quite long at times and customer service is very poor and unpleasant at times.. feels like the staff aren’t happy, or just don’t want to be there… hoping things pick up majorly very soon, otherwise I’ll have to travel to caloundra or Maroochydore…

Only Hungry Jacks I have ever been to that the guy (with the nice dark curly hair) refused me my old person free small coffee. I am a regular at many H.J. and they all happily oblige. My whopper meat was cold and there was more mayo than meat, first ever bad whopper from a H.J. I would have spent another .60c as I have lactose free milk, won’t be back to this H.J.

Disgusting. The place was filthy. Windows, floors, tables, everywhere. There were no clean tables to sit at. All had food left on them and some had rubbish. The wait was long and you genuinely felt hesitant to eat the food when it came because of the unhygienic state of the resteraunt. Will not be going back.
