Ordered two Biscoff sundaes, large caramel Sundae and sticky date pudding. What I received??? Three half empty ice creams with a splash of caramel. Absolutely disgusting. I used to speak highly of this store and judging by the terrible reviews and no response by management they obviously condone ripping their customers off and couldn’t care less about the rubbish staff they employ!! It’s incomprehensible how a business can let this happen!!! I will never order again from you scammers and I’ll make sure others are aware and to boycott your store also!!!

Honestly reviews need to have a 0star option because this place has earned it multiple times from me, if the lady serving at the window wasn’t so rude about it I wouldn’t have cared AS much but when you ask for it to be filled a bit more and they grab it and hand it back after showing the manager and laughing saying “that’s the size you get,that’s full” not acceptable.

We ate there last night. The service was terrible. The ladies in the counter were talking badly about the customers who just went out. When we got our order, it was missing large fries. They didn’t even apologise. Then while we were eating, we also found out that the kids meal didn’t have a toy inside. If we didn’t dine in, we would not even know. It was horrible service. No apologies was provided as well. They should be trained customer service.
