I always find this hungry jacks the best. But the person doing drive through, needs to speak up and pay attention!! Could barely hear her. Then when I spoke loudly to say my order , she kept asking if I could repeat my order. It was a large frozen sour watermelon.

I arrived around noon the shop was empty . The chicken pieces slightly over cooked. Chips ok. The iced coffee has far too much ice it drowned the flavour and makes it impossible to enjoy the brown sugar beads. I wont be able to recommend this item

I came into hungry jacks today there were 2 staff on drive thru and one girl serving on the front doing a Uber eats order. Did not greet me or even say ‘hello’ or I’ll be with you in one one moment. I eventually had to say to the drive thru girl is anyone serving? The original girl who was doing the Uber eats order finally came to serve me. You’re customer service needs to further attention!!

We decided to try Hungry Jacks Aspley instead of Maccas for our Monday afternoon chai latte and snack treat and we are not going back to Maccas! The atmosphere is so much better – Maccas is very cold and clinical these days. It makes a big difference! And we believe the chai lattes were better than Maccas too! Thanks to the staff and company for keeping the restaurant welcoming and comfortable!

I love that they have vegan options and I tried their new vegan breakfast muffin with avocado. It’s really good. WiFi isn’t working and usually there is now staff in the counter when entering unless there are other costumer. Compared to mc Donald’s it looks quite old and could need a revamp.
