As I write this review, I have been waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes. Other customers come and go, perhaps I have been forgotten? Very poor service. Fast food? Hardly! Ordered 2 meals for the kids, an onion rings and shake for me and the cost was $45!!

Went there 40 minutes before they closed, waited 30 minutes for our food only to get told they can’t do beef and I had to change my burger to a cheaper one and didn’t get reimbursed. Then we were sitting eating at 10.03 after we got our food started eating until an arrogant employee came and told us we have 10 minutes to leave or they’ll call the cops. To make it worse the food was cold and chips were stale

The burgers were wrapped like a toddler was playing with some clay. Like it was made by an angry nanny. The buns were squeezed that they were sliding sideways. Not to mention the service did not stick to the “fast food” theme on a full staffed night. I’ve had bad fast food experience but this one’s climbing that charts.

Besides long waiting line, some staffs don’t follow hygiene. They handled me cone ice-cream with bare hand and left it in their serving window floor without any tissue!!! Not okay for me.
