One of the worst mcdonalds I’ve been to. Self service kiosks are in the doorway, so if anyone is ordering, no one can get past to go in or out. Walked past spilled coke on the floor on the way to the toilet. Toilets are so cramped no one can get in or out while someone is washing their hands. On the self service, ordered for dine in, chose table service. At the end it tells me to enter the table number we’re picking. There are none to pick. So back a step , choose pick up from counter. Order number flashes on the screen for half a second, printer roll makes some agonised sounds, no receipt or order number comes out. We think it was 79, probably. Head to the counter to wait. See a stack of table numbers there, instead of being back on the kiosks. Watch as people ordering at the self service block other people trying to get in and out. Watch the staff ignore for 5 minutes a young girl at the counter trying to enquire about a possible mistake with her order she just collected. Eventually gets seen, but they just dismiss her concerns and she walks out looking sad. Our order is next, with one wrong drink offered up. Probably the young girl’s missing shake. We get our drinks fixed. Take our bag of food (despite ordering dine in, it came in a bag, no tray) and look for a clean place to sit. 80% of the tables and chairs were dirty, but there were only two other groups eating in. There was no crowd to explain why it was this filthy. It was only 5.20pm. Finally found one that looked reasonable and sat down. My double cheeseburger was a mess. The bun was wet, on the outside, with oil, which I dabbed with a napkin for amusement, and the napkin came away soaked. My partner’s double quarter pounder was quadruple peppered somehow, near overpowering. My cheeseburger bun was actually a bit stale, despite the oil bath. After eating we went to throw our trash in the bin. The bin door was still half open from when it was getting emptied last. We turned to leave, and got stuck waiting for some people to order at the self service kiosks. When they finished we finally escaped. I thought when I was here 6 months ago maybe they were just having a rough night. But seems like this is normal. Next trip, we’ll be sticking to the highway and not getting off at Albury.

So, for starters the ordering machines were out of paper so we didn’t get a print out receipt to be made aware of which number our order was. After about 10 minutes two cappuccinos were called out and no one collected them so we assumed they must be ours. Started drinking them whilst we waited for our food and very quickly realised that they were caramel lattes, confused and prepared to take them back, another coffee got called out and the lady who ordered after us collected that one. So we were right and they were our coffees but just with a sweetness we didn’t ask for. Seeing the barista under stress, we decided not to fuss, and to just try drink them. A further 20 minutes had passed and nothing from our number 111 had been mentioned. I stepped forward and perused the order board to see where ours was coming in next, I couldn’t see so the gentlemen tried to help by asking what we were waiting for. He then passing me a bag that was sitting on the table for 20 minutes. That was our meal! However he didn’t call it out because he was waiting for coffees, which we already had and there was no communication at all between the McAfee and the kitchen, leaving us with an extremely cold bag of food and 4 overcooked hash browns.

The worst coffee I have ever tasted. May as well of ordered a cup of luke warm milk. Wasn’t game enough to ask her to make it again as she was too busy giving customers dirty looks and it seemed like she couldn’t be bothered working.

Went through drive though, had to wait in waiting bay for 25 minutes, received food without three drinks, missing a burger and with a scrunched up wrap in a happy meal and another burger that specifically says no mcchicken sauce due to allergies had sauce on it so I went inside to retrieve the missing items and replace the burger then sat there for another 20 minutes waiting then was given the wrong burger once again! And the wrong nuggets they gave me spicy rather than normal!!! No apologies no nothing!! Absolutely Ridiculous if you ask me!

I’m impressed! I had a order problem on my app, so I asked to staff. The young lady staff helped me to order at counter. She was really helpful and she made it with my beginner English. I also didn’t know which order is mine, but she told me with finger sign. I didn’t say thank you to her, so I’d like to say here. You helped me a lot. Thank you very much!

Went in store had a 20min wait for food had to ask for it. The drinks hadn’t been organized but food was done sitting there going cold. Food was missing a burger that was quickly found but the bun was burnt. Staff were unmotivated and busy chatting without proper management direction. McFail 0 stars
