Just wanted to thank you for our great lunch today! Service was speedy which is always great with young ones, this did not compromise the quality of food. The Vietnamese fried rice was delicious my toddler loved picking out and eating the prawns and the overall flavor was fresh and I loved the beef pho! So nice having delicious fresh food local. Nothing was a bother for you and we appreciate you making us so welcome. We look forward to visiting again!

Really wanted to love this place, unfortunately it comes across as very cheap oily microwaved food (I know this as I could hear the microwave beeping and where the only customers) service was average, having to go up and order, then told items not available on menu, the cooks where the waiters, the water was on tables and not cold, they have tissues instead of napkins, the owner just stands there and stares as you eat, can see the struggle this place could be having (only say this as have 25 years experience in the industry) crispy chicken was very dark bruised and red rice was sticky and tasteless, spring rolls where good but I requested chicken and pretty sure was pork, tofu on oily flying noodles was also just deep fried but sucked up the oil like a sponge, left feeling hungry as we couldn’t stomach it all, my only advice would be to visit a few restaurants like chin chin, Saigon sally e.g to really boost that menu and offerings as it has so much potential.. get rid of the pies and sausage rolls as your offering to much. All the best.

First time here and came to dine in. Owner took our order and we asked for a jug of warm water with lemon. We paid and he got a jug out and while that was happening and my partner was in the toilet that had no lights on in there, I sat at a table only to be told by the owner, it is takeaway only and we can’t sit here. No one else in the restaurant. They don’t have staff to deliver to tables or wash dishes apparently! We were the only ones there! Where are CLEAR signs to state this????? Very humiliating and question to owner, why didn’t you tell us this before ordering and why were you filling up a glass jug for our drink if we couldn’t dine in??? Very disappointed! Restaurant looks lovely but communication isn’t clearly there! We have never had Vietnamese food before and we clearly told the owner NO PORK, but were not directed that it was a pork ingredient that we had ordered as a side dish and could have suggested something else! Left a very bad memory for our first visit which was our last visit! Only opened 6 weeks …. wish you all the best in your business!

Ordered take away dinner here for the first time tonight. Very friendly service, and the food was AMAZING! Generous serving sizes with fresh ingredients. Lots of traditional flavour. We will definitely be returning.

I wanted to love this restaurant, but sadly the food and service were average. We ordered numerous dishes including the pork soft buns, dim sims, spring rolls, potato spun prawns, crispy chicken with red rice and fried rice. It was all dry and flavourless.

One of best local restaurants in the area. They serve all types of food but Asian’s is their specialty. I tried a noodle with dim sim and I liked them all. Tasty broth with tender meat. The dip sauce is on point. The area is spacious, cozy with modern decoration. Recommend for Asian food lovers.

We tried Vivian’s for the first time tonight for takeaway. We had a chicken salad and a crispy pork salad both with rice noodles. Delicious fresh salad with fragrant herbs and the meat was to die for. We’ll be back
