The atmosphere here was wonderful. If you prefer a more lively dinner, pick downstairs, right next to the water at Garden City. But if you have a larger group or you prefer a more intimate atmosphere, head upstairs.

Firstly your service was incredible but I agree with the Caesar salad reviews. That was embarrassing for me that my date who is not Australian had to witness that. It’s ok we had a laugh about it. I checked on the markup for the wine we had. It tasted really good and I saw it’s a very cheap wine so the markup is 600% which is a bit excessive.

Had a great lunch here today. Staff were great, friendly and super helpful. Food was delicious, I had the lunch special rump and couldn’t fault it. Love this place for a casual meal and drink with friends.

Breakfast burger was a nice surprise, could have been the relish, maybe the lettuce and cheese, anyway nice. Add the hash brown and you had a good start to the day. Smashed avo and scrambled eggs on the other hand… Thought the hot eggs and cold avo would have been separated as opposed to everything being luke warm on the plate. Coffee, once the right order arrived, was good.
