Got the usual Friday night steak sandwich well finally I have found some where that actually uses a real piece of butchers steak really good steak on focaccia type of roll,large piece of meat cooked perfect overall a 5 star all round. I also had some scallops in batter ordered 2 got 3 great value and I believe they might of been fresh as well as they were not watery, batter cooked crispy again 5 stars, I had a grilled flake Sadly was cooked in crumbs not my preference as it seems to dry out fish still reasonable not a deal breaker 4 star. The kids got some crab sticks and steamed dim sims all were fine and they threw in a hand full of free chips highly recommend

Soooo gooood! We ate here on a fluke and so glad we did! The chips were perfectly cooked and salted, the potato cake wasn’t great to be honest but the rest was so good it’s easily over looked. We got the souvlakis and were very happy with the choice, the lamb was beautiful and not dried out and the pita was soft and fluffy. The garlic sauce wasn’t that garlic-y which was a slight let down, tasted more like a Greek yoghurt, Greek salad was fresh and not soggy at all.

So glad this is our local F&C shop now. My go to is always a souvlaki, and these guys don’t disappoint. Great size and has plenty of filling. Bloody delicious.

Went here recently, now the fact that this place replaced Green Forest, I had high hopes. Mainly because I was quite shocked to see that, instead of the old familiar fish and chips shop, it was now glowing with bright fluorescent lights. It had completely renovated the old shop, it looked much prettier. The old shop (which was great) looked very dated with the name of the shop fading.

Fantastic fish and chipper in the hills! I ordered over the phone and food was ready as promised. I ordered the fish, chips and salad pack. Fish was cooked beautifully, chips were great and the salad was delicious. I’ve been struggling with the local f&c offering but have finally found a good one. The shop was clean and I will definately give their online ordering a go next time. Highly recommend!
