Chips looked and tasted like they were old and tasted awful. The crumbed fish was burnt and pretty sure it was precooked then cooked again as the crumb was very thick and could not taste any fish. There were massive amounts of salad sitting out that there is no way they go through so that wouldn’t be fresh either. Awful would not go here again.

Disappointing, unorganised and what a waste of time. Went here and ordered just a small chips, however, did not expect to wait over 15 minutes for my order! The person which ordered after me ordered a huge family sized order of 3 chickens / gravy and family chips. They were served first, along with multiple others, whilst I kept waiting in store for my order with no explanation. In the end, I had to ask staff if my it was my order sitting on the side waiting to be collected, to which they checked and said “oh yeah sorry”. Not a care about my time or money.
