Went to have Prime Rib. Sat down and ordered to them be told they were all out of Prime Rib!!! For. Steakhouse to run out of their most popular cut is seriously incompetent now that supply chains are pretty much next to normal.

Don’t usually leave bad reviews but I have been to a few Hogs Breaths around QLD however unfortunately we didn’t have the best experience at this one. We ordered a meat platter for $69.95 and was disappointed with what we received. The platter was small and the meat was dry and flavourless. We have been to other restaurants and got platters for a lower price and got better quality and bigger serves. The picture shown is what we received including what is on the little plate. The service by the waitress was the reason I have given 2 stars as she was lovely, despite not being asked how our meal was at the end by the cashier.

Came down just for some lunch. Got the $9.50 Brunch burger. Was very well cooked to a high standard. Curly fries I feel were a little undercooked. Waiters seemed to have little interest in providing a conversation. Overall was pretty good. Wouldn’t choose to come here but would happily come back if asked to.

If it was possible to give a minus score I would. Couldn’t be more disappointed. Ruined a family event. We thought the food was bad, then we dealt with the manager and realised the customer service was worse. Save your money and head to Maccas next door.

It was our Anniversary Dinner after a long trip from Bundaberg Distillery and having said Wedding Anniversary we opted to have steak night with our friends who lived locally at Hervey Bay.

Toughest steak I’ve had in a long, long time. Flavourless, chewy and dry. It was more like an overcooked roast with grill lines painted on it. Not worth the 50 minute wait, or $48 personally.
