Had a pretty good steak here. Service was really excellent – unfortunately they were out of oysters that day which was disappointing. The restaurant was half empty so it’s not too crowded. It’s a little drafty because of the balcony but they do their best to cover it up. In terms of the quality of the steak – was it the best ever? No. Was it decent for that price? Yes. Was it cooked well. Yes.

All the dishes we ordered were beautifully presented. The pork belly had a crispy exterior but could have a bit more flavoursome. My friend and I shared the salads and the pumpkin one was my favourite as the beetroot was too vinegary for me. The vegan coconut pannacotta was disappointing as it was $18 and sadly nothing special. I’d skip and buy a dessert from Woolworths instead

This would have to be the best food in Byron and I live here. The steak is out of this world. All of the sides are fresh and selicious. The kitchen manage to serve big tables in good time. The staff are super friendly. Get the 200g fillet medium rare. Yum.
