Yum! The flour crepe, pork & preserved vegetable bun & dough stick with hot soy milk was amazing! So pleasantly surprised to find a Chinese breakfast place open in Canberra. Food took a little while to come out, but it is well worth the wait! Tasted fresh & delicious. We are excited to come back next time. ☺️

Authentic Chinese crepes in large portion. Love the crispy fritters! Sauce was not quite evenly spread thus too salty in some bites

I basically didn’t eat meat floss products before, but this pancake is really delicious! The ingredients are fresh, the portions are large and the seasoning is just right.

A very unique food experience – you don’t come across these kinds of crepes often! We ordered the peking duck and barbecued pork crepes (though the server heard wrong and gave us the pork floss crepe instead of the barbecued pork). Both were still delicious! The servings were much larger than we had expected. Would recommend.

Food tastes really terrible. The hot bread shell, but freezing chicken inside. I had food around 11 am, and my stomach still feel uncomfortable at 3 pm. Really, really regretted to give it a try.

The crepes here are pretty good. Love being able to select between sweet and savoury but love the savoury crepes with pork floss and kewpie mayonnaise. It made an ideal snack when I’m slightly hungry but not too hungry. Yours truly @fooderarri

I was in the area when the bright lights and delicious smell of Hi! Crepe lured me in on a rainy day. I had a hard time choosing what to order, luckily the chef was able to help me pick. I ended going for the Mung bean crepe combo (number 15) Let’s start with the crepe! The texture was similar to a tortilla but softer – the chef tells me the mung bean crepe is made from entirely from ground mung beans. This means it’s gluten free! Just be sure to ask for it without the crispy wonton skins if you’re going for something gluten free. I think it’s an excellent way to sneak pulses into your diet!

My friend and I were walking past, so we thought we’d try it. There’s plenty of choice on the menu, and different from regular fast food. We ordered the house speciality, a roast duck crepe. It arrived at our little table straight from the griddle. It was cooked fresh, served hot, crispy and delicious. The waiting staff were helpful, and the interior decor was youthful and edgy. Very nice.

Normally eat here but they must have hired new staff or something but am a bit unimpressed today. New person there gives me the wrong change when I paid in cash and have to point that out. The main issue was that I had to confront them for using the same gloves to make the crepe that they used to give me change. I would not have cared quite so much if the person making the crepe didn’t give hand pats using those gloves to the crepe they were making me. All throughout they were adjusting themselves (touching their shirt and adjusting thr gloves). In the end the crepe tasted weird. I ordered the duck crepe and there was less sauce than usual and the skin came out so weird. Like earily glossy and chewy and just a bit unpleasant to bite into, and unlike the normal crepe I would get. This person was obviously new to making crepes (and to Australia given her finding it difficult to understand what I had said), but they should have at least be provided basic training on health and safety. I will not be going to this restaurant until they fix themselves up (at which point I’ll reconsider the review here, because usually it is food food). However, please remember, Australia has high food and health standards, and Australians will not forgive any dodgy food handling.
