Signature tori ramen broth has a rich and creamy goodness to it that sends sparks in my mouth. Noodles perfectly cooked just the way I like it!

I love their chicken broth range, just right! I had issues with the ordering machine, so a lovely lady served me manually. Easy to access, plenty of seats.

Another best tonkotsu ramen in Melbourne with Chicken options (for those who do not like the original pork version in Russel st ~)

Maybe it’s one of the HALAL ramen in CBD Melbourne. Atmosphere and location are ok, not too small but looks like crowded when alot of people queueing. The staff are OK and helpful. The taste so so especially for broth. Onsen egg was tasty and good. If you need to eat halal ramen in Melbourne, maybe you can considering them..

Today I had a wonderful time at Hakata Gensuke QV. Thanks to Pui and the team for bringing back the classic Ebi ramen with a twist!

Hits the spot esp on a cold rainy night in Melbourne!! I had the black sesame and fire god combo ramen. Yum! Service was quick but polite. And oh, the chicken karaage is also worth trying

I used to love Hakata Gensuke. I have lined up in the rain to get in. I loved it so much I have my favourite order saved in my notes app as I don’t get to Melbourne often and each time I would always overestimate my desired heat level.

Always decent ramen from Hakata Gensuke. This one at QV does chicken ramen as opposed to pork ramen. The Russell Street outlet had a long queue so instead I headed to QV where there’s rarely any waiting time. Saying that, service is a little more casual and amateur than Russell Street but the ramen is always tasty. $22.50 with an egg on a blustery and cold winters day.

Ramen was okay, but I found the shoyu chicken ramen quite bland. Creamy signature had more depth of flavour.

This ramen place is very popular. If you want to avoid queue, you better be early or go for lunch. I liked the texture of their ramen, one of the best I tried. The dumpling is average
