Ordered their best seller beef ramen. Honestly, was a bit disappointed. The ramen was so so ans a bit on the bland side. The beef was slightly tough and the soup was a bit too light for my taste. I’ve had much better ramen for less.

It was mid. The flavour in the soup was pretty bland and the chicken was crunchy on top but soggy at the bottom. The toppings on it were great I really like it as well as the whole vibe it was nice. Wouldn’t go here again tho. It was $21 for a pretty poor meal that was such small portions. The service was pretty bad too. You barely interact with the workers great if your an introvert. The only interaction you have is when they point at your table and when you pay. On-top of everything the outside menus had no prices so when you actually found out the price you feel too guilty to leave. Every meal is about 20-25 and is an absolute rip off for the taste and portion size.

The high price is not worth trying. The staff’s attitude is unpleasant and grumpy instead of happily welcoming customers in. In addition, the space was too dirty, there was a dead fly on the table that no staff took the time to clean up. With food priced over $20 and the staff’s bad attitude, there are better choices here.

I have had lunch from this chain before in another location and absolutely loved it however, my experience at melbourne central was something else. firstly, the customer experience is below average. staff was cold and didn’t create a warm atmosphere. secondly, my dish not only looked lifeless but tasted lifeless. there wasn’t much flavour in the soup, it was watered down and overpowered with garlic powder or something artificial. my egg was cold. dumplings were okay but nothing to die for. the noodles were dry, tasteless and even smelt funny. i couldn’t even finish half of my dish. lastly, my glass of water was foggy, clearly the cup hasn’t been clean properly. i don’t enjoy wasting food, money or time and i am very disappointed in my experience and left with feeling unwell.

Don’t Ordered kimchi in this restaurant, we ordered it and it tasted rotten and out of date. Does not look fresh. Report to the waiters, he gives really bad attitude and not give helpful response.
