I came in today (Monday 14th of August) and it was very busy, but definitely worth the wait. The food was great and serving sizes were pretty good. Prices are pretty cheap depending on what you buy and the young girl at the till was very nice and helpful .

Working in the hospitality industry I know sometimes we don’t always get it right, we’re human, it’s ok. So I don’t usually leave reviews or complaints. However, it concerns me how they consistently don’t take customer requests seriously. It’s happened to my coworker before and then again to me today. I asked to have a certain ingredient taken out of my burrito because my body doesn’t respond well to it, and after double checking with the staff that there wasn’t going to be any added in my order, i received it with it in there. I didn’t have much time on my lunch break to go back, so I had to chuck it out. It’s such a shame because I love my gyg at other stores, but I always have a bad experience here 🙁

We ordered a Burito. After looking at the lack of detail on the sign board about ordering the extras, we asked the girl what extras there were. She gave us a dumb look. We then asked what was in the barito. She boringly quickly rattled off a few of the ingredients. We ended up ordering two beef baritos which were so tasteless. What about options for sauces? What a waste!!

I order my food at 12:13 didn’t get it till 12:30, the people who made my food spent 10 mins talking to some random lady at the counter when u get your food, when they first made my quesadilla they burnt it because they were talking to some lady after that I had asked the one of the workers where my food was it was still in the toaster burnt, they then spent a whole a four minutes makin my food… Wtaf I work in hospo and if I did this I’d more then likely get fired, either get better workers or make them better.
