Have been coming here to eat and for take away off and on for over 20 years. Hadn’t been for a while and decided to grab some take away. Unfortunately the taste of the food has declined from the quality I used to enjoy and recommend to my friends. The butter chicken was sickly sweet (I’ve eaten butter chicken in numerous places around the world and it’s never tasted like this!) and the korma and madras were just bland. The chicken and lamb were cooked beautifully and very tender – but the sauces were just blah.

The food is overly sweet and prepared with a lack of quality. The rice has raisins, sauces taste like they have a lot of sugar, the meat/cheese is very bland (might be sitting or prepared in bulk) and the naan doesn’t taste like naan (like a thick greasy flatbread). The food was ordered on Valentine’s Day and partially ruined our night. Would never order from them again. We only finished 25% of our meal because it isn’t edible. The receipt should be adjusted and only fresh products should be used. They should listen to the feedback of your customers as many people are providing the same feedback.

Incredibly poor service from the waitress who served my friend and I last night. She was very rude when my friend asked for information about the menu as we had never been here before, she had very poor hospitality skills and made us feel unwelcome, fortunately a different waitress served us and she was lovely and made us feel welcome.
