First time trying Mexican food and GYG! The beef was very flavorful, the veggies tasted fresh and the tortilla was very good as well. However, the tomatoes reminded me of why I don’t like tomatoes most of the time, but to be expected because it was neither raw nor cooked in a hot burrito, especially when I ordered for pickup. Overall, don’t think it was authentic but would come back to try other things.

Food is very good, probably amongst the best on campus with decent prices. You can order through the app in order to skip the queue. It gets very crowded during peak periods in the afternoon with long wait times. if you wish to eat at the premises be aware that there is only one table inside and if you eat outside there is often an annoying ibis.

Ordered takeaway, 2 bowls. No difference in volume of food between small & large burrito bowls. Meals slapped together looked like they’d been shaken before service. Both were cold. I know its fast food but fair dinkum, felt robbed spending close to $50. That will be the last time for me.

Food is awesome here, my go to for campus food. Prices are very reasonable and it will fill your tummy. The only problem I have is the convoluted ordering system. Ordering via the GYG app requires you to wait on the right side along side with doordash/uber eats delivery people. As a result, the waiting area is always packed with people. They also do not call out your order number bc they’re so preoccupied with the doordash/ubereats guys, so you literally need to go up to the counter and tell them your order number after waiting like 15 minutes.

Well its very average, wouldnt say a bad experience but not a good experience. Recently prices have increased, in addition to the alternative to GYG on UNSW, Yallah Eats have also increased their prices. If you like GYG I would recommend you check out Yallah Eats. I feel GYG has smaller burittos but higher prices, only because of the brand name.

Big Guzman fan, but this is probably their worst branch. The food quality seems to be lower than other branches and the amount of food per dish is always smaller! I’m generally very satisfied with a GyG dish, but when I eat here I often leave ‘hungry’. Also found interesting that they’re asking patrons to wear masks (claiming their staff are wearing) and a total of zero employees were wearing them (check sign in pictures)

I never leave bad reviews because i try to be the most understanding i can be but every single time i go here theres an always an issue. The last times i went i waited over 40 minutes because the lady giving the food ignored my multiple attepmts to show my number even though i scheduled a pick u time with an extra 20 minutes to avoid being late, yet it still happened. And now they delibertily ignored my dasher when he asked for the food upfront to the point he gave up and it the ETA went from 7:20 to now 8:52.
