Order 3+3 Pizza and hersey cookie. When I reached home and checked vegetarian pizza and Garlic bread the pizza was cold and hardly haf any toppings on it. The cheesy garlic bread had no cheese which I paid $1 extra . I took the pizzas and garlic bread back to the shop and asked for the refund for pizza and garlic bread only Manager came and rather than replacing or apolozing he said the it is fine. I asked about cheese and toppings he got unprofessional. I was really disappointed with the attitude of Manager and the way they treat customer. It’s over 2.5 weeks still waiting for refund for pizza and Garlic bread that I returned.

Odered a Peperoni pizza and a choco lava cake worth $26.40 from Salisbury downs, just 4 mins away. At 8.30pm, I was told it would take 45 mins. 55 minutes later, I called in about the order and the lady said the pizza as about to get cut. Terrible service! Infuriated, I cancelled the order and asked for refund. I m yet to see how long it will take to get my money back. Will update!

I absolutely love Pizza Hut! Every time I order, service is quick and super easy. Staff are decently friendly, but the manager there is super nice and appreciates regular customers as well as new ones, going out of his way to ensure the best service. I am very happy with how the manager handles any queries that I had as well as any feedback! The food was served hot and fresh out the oven, and I am always notified of promise time for any order. Great job, Pizza Hut Hollywood plaza!!
