Their drive-thru service was quite efficient tonight. The enchilada and burrito we ordered were great. They were super fat – stuffed to the full with delicious goodness. Love their Jarritos cola as well.

My colleague had an order picked up by one of the other girls at work for her lunch today. When she opened the bag her meal (enchilada) had a large Band-Aid stuck in the middle of her guacamole! She sent guzman head office an email and they replied insinuating that she was the one that had put the Band-Aid in the food! Terrible service and no acknowledgement of their staff wrong doing. Never again, they should be ashamed.

I don’t think I have ever reviewed anywhere so quickly after eating? Taco’s with almost no fillings in them.. could have at least pretended by adding lettuce.. fries cold.. just vile.. Don’t you have managers to oversee what is being served up. Such an awful disappointment and waste of $ .

When I first walked in there was a young member of staff having a tantrum behind the counter with other staff members, thought to myself this going to be interesting. Order my meal, pretty quickly served , unfortunately it was cold and had to send it back. Round two was okay, this place has potential if they lift their game

Good place for mexican food, prepare to wait if ordering through drive thru..i usually eat veggie bowl and nachos, average food. Glad they don’t charge extra for guacamole for bowl/nachos unlike other mexican food places (med max salsa etc)

Absolutely disgusted in this store. Today myself and my coworkers ordered Guzman from the Cranbourne store as we do most Fridays, and upon arriving back at the office a dirty used bandaid was found in her guacamole, after already taking a bite.

Ive been coming to this Guzman ever since it has opened and i would a get a spicy chicken Cali burrito on the weekly. Every week i crave one and every week they consistantly deliver. The food here is always good and the staff are always friendly. Love coming here. Always an awesome experience. Keep up the good work. Cant wait for my Burrito on the weekend!

Been giving them a miss since the lettuce shortage, looks like its time to give them a miss for a while longer until they pick up their game. 3 hard shell slow cooked spicy beef tacos… wheres the rest of my tacos? Normally the store is busy, its so quiet these days, I guess we know why. At least the service was fast and nice.

Ordered two mini nachos chicken and vegie but both of them had missing items. Very disappointed when you come home and find there is no guacamole and cheese. How is it even possible to miss your ingredients? I could not see it as loaded with free tomatoes and capsicum.
