Wish I could give zero. Ordered for delivery directly from RR. Made a complaint directly already and did not help or compensate. Didn’t double check my order. Paid extra for triple spicy burger and got single. Regular onion rings, expect 3-4 pieces only. Food is always bad quality from this store. Ordered a few times, didn’t complain about the quality and gave it pass. But this time, I couldn’t, especially wrong order, food quality and quantity is just rubbish at this store. Complained directly via email from this store and don’t care about customers. If you’re in this area make sure you order from Red Rooster Berwick — always fresh, never had any problems with them. Never ordering from this store ever again. 0 stars.

There was a hard language barrier with the workers and they couldn’t understand what I was ordering, I don’t expect restaurant quality food but I haven’t been to this red rooster in a few years, in that time it tastes like the parts I used to toss in the bin, the gravy was disgusting idk how to explain it, the chicken roll was flavourless and smooshed together so much it’s like they played with it. Chips were nice though.
