Staff are not aware of anything you say to them, music is so loud. I ordered 4 $3.00 Tacos, the male who served us doesnt’ understand the menu, he charged us $21.80 when it should be $12.00, he said you ordered beef, I should have said mince he said, but the point is I ordered $3.00 Tacos, anyway, isn’t mince beef? I never once said shredded beef. Also they put mild on the spicy and spicy on the Mild stickers on wrong order. The attitude was we don’t understand. I speak english, and nothing but English, maybe you should get staff who can read your own menu board, cause if I say $3.00 Taco, that should have been enough. Can’t complain, cause they are all in a frenzy and can’t make simple decisions, I told them just to forget about it, and they could care less. Worst customer service in the whole of Brisbane. Food was good, but not what I ordered and labels were on the wrong order. Simple solution here, never again will I step foot in any Guzman y Gomez, as this has happened here before and the one at Victoria Point. Teach your staff to understand a three dollar taco is on your menu.

Extremely poor experience here today. After paying almost $17 for a burrito with extras I received what can only be described as a burrito smaller than a mini — tiny and so empty it was flat. Hardly any filling, so skint the bread was folded over multiple times so the tops and bottoms were simply thick, folded-over bread. Hardly any chicken, fries, guacamole or salsa. Have always had decent experiences with Guzman at other locations so this is super disappointing. Would normally not complain but the ridiculous lack of filling and spending almost $17 for one burrito makes this particularly egregious. Would avoid, especially if you’re ordering through the app. My mother ordered in-store the same day and received a normal-sized burrito.
