I just bought nachos today, and they didn’t put the cheese on. The taste was average and the costumer service bad. I ordered it through the app, I waited 20 min to pick it up and still I had to wait 10 more minutes for the food.

Had an online order that we picked up via the drive thru. Got home to find an item missing so had to go back which was unfortunate. Staff were very good and apologetic about the mix up. Once we got all our food, it was as always, very good servings and the flavours were great. Very delicious and we will be back again. Hopefully our order is correct next time as the service is usually impeccable. Highly recommend.

First time eating at Guzman y Gomez – Ascot and loved it. Katy the Manager was so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was delicious and the service was very fast. The indoor and outdoor eating areas were nicely decorated and clean. The other staff were also friendly and full of smiles. I highly recommend the Cali burrito! Will definitely be returning.

The lady behind the counter was run off her feet, it was so busy and she managed to keep smiling and provide a great customer service. Having my own business I know how hard it is to please the public. Although they need more staff for busy times her service was amazing!
