No line at the drive thru so thought it would be quick and easy, boy was I wrong. After ordering online and arriving to the first window we waited 15 minutes for them to take our payment, there was no one in front of us at this point, you could tell the girl at the window was struggling and doing her best but there was no one to help, a lady came and spoke to her and still no help. We arrive to the last window and there was about 10 staff standing around talking while 2 kids packed the food. We get all the way home and our order is wrong, food was missing and the food was missing all the extra ingredients we payed extra for. Really disappointed and angry won’t be back again

Food was horrible multiple different coloured pubic hairs in my burrito when I went back thru the drive thru to complain the manger with glasses said to bad you get what your given and then chuckled about it with his co workers like it was a big joke then proceeded to threaten me because he didn’t wanna replace my order when I was leaving he recorded me and spat at my car and also called my my girlfriend a fat bush pig because she is slightly overweight which is none of his business
