Maybe I’m getting old, but I’m getting inclined not to review as exceptional places that offer what they really should be just offering by the fact they are in the hospitality business…. so, for me, Betty’s is average. It offers a nice selection on the menu, service was better than average, and I would say the food is what I would expect at this price point. There is nothing awesome to write home about, but average. Not bad. I’ve had better burgers, and I’ve had far worse.

Ordered for takeaway but punched as dine in. The place is too loud to hear convo between the customer and staff. Staff at the counter were nice and exeptional! Watched staff prepping the food, a bit disappointed as they literally throwing food at the counter, they take fries from fridge like no one cares (mostly dropping on the floor), the staff who wears gloves to prepare the food also touch the contaminated areas of kitchen, hugs her staff then back handling the food and drinks her own drink with her gloves on!!! That’s a no no! Management should do something about it.

The service was incredible, Lucy was very friendly and always checking in to make sure our experience was a positive one. The food was delicious and well priced. They also allowed us to customise our burger which was fantastic. Highly recommend visiting Betty’s Burgers!
