We had the chicken, chips and salad. For the meal deal, they did swap out the rice for a salad but charge the full price difference. They wouldn’t allow to swap the included chilli sauce for another less spicy option. When I got it home, it turned out to be super hot and inedible, so it’s only for the real chilli lovers (for reference, a Thai red curry is a good level of heat for me).

Shows no sauce on this items and it has all sauce over it including onions. Also missed part of the order and didn’t add extra onto other burgers. Took it up with Uber and they will also no helpful on this matter. Poor efforts and can’t eat food due you reactions caused.

Organised a large order over the phone with Melinda for pickup and her professionalism, communication & friendly attitude was amazing. When I got to Frangos Penrith shortly after placing the order (fairly large one as it was for a work event) Melinda and the rest of the team had my order waiting and packed ready to go, it was a great experience especially since I had left it quite last-minute. Melinda and some of her employees even helped me pack it all into my car which was so helpful & kind. Thank you to the team at Penrith Frangos and especially Melinda!

One of the best Charcoal chicken places you can buy. The family meal is great value. I guarantee everyone will be satisfied. The chicken and chilli sauce is cooked to perfection. The tabouli is well balanced while the chips are crispy and generous in the family size. The staff are friendly and efficient and give recommendations when asked. As at 4 July 2020 there is no dine in option due to social distancing rules which is understandable. Regardless I highly recommend this place. 5 stars without a doubt!

Top notch just absolutely top notch. Serving size, flavour, freshness. Can wait a tad when they busy but 1000% worth it. Go to place for a decent tasty feed. Burgers are great pork is amazing. Fantastic all round.
