I stood, waiting to be served for quite a few minutes whilst there were 2 people behind the counter but neither seemed to want to serve me. They did eventually but a bit slack!

The customer service at this restaurant goes above and beyond. I had an issue where i ordered through the uber eats app and waited 2 hours for my food, so I called the restaurant. Turns out my delivery driver accepted the order but never went to collect it so I was left without lunch and I couldn’t get a refund as the order was still active. The store Manager Trent was so kind and patient with me on the phone and a real attribute to your business. He made my food for me and I collected it as I live nearby. This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. It made my day.
