We had booked a night at Fonzirelli Restaurant for our daughters pre wedding weekend away. We loved the food that much, we went back there for the second night. Their garlic pizza is amazing and the food both nights left us feeling like we had experienced a true Italian experience with meals that had actual flavour throughout. The service was friendly and on point. Thank you Fonzirelli for making our weekend away a memorable one.

Decided to dine at Fonzirelli with my son as we were staying close by. The service was exceptional and the food came out very fast! The all meat pizza was loaded with toppings and the carbonara was creamy and delicious! I will be back next time I come to The Entrance.

Food was nice but atmosphere and service leave a lot to be desired. Despite making a booking, we were told our table had been given to someone else, so choose another table. Further, we were not advised that their EFTPOS machine was broken all day. Instead we were given the bill and told they were only accepting cash and to use the Ezimart ATM downstairs. They could have informed us at the time of booking or on arrival but waited until it was time to pay. I work in banking and find it very hard to believe that the machine was inoperable for 9 hours!!!

Just another disappointing restaurant… Place looks a bit shabby and feels slightly chaotic. There’s a sign saying that they’re currently understaffed and if you look into the faces of the people that are still there you’ll understand why they seem to be a bit overwhelmed by what is happening around them. Waiting time was not endless but clearly above average.

I’ve been to Fonzirelli’s many times, and their food has always been delicious and fresh. The staff are always lovely, and it’s just a nice atmosphere for a small restaurant. I unfortunately ruined my own dinner by choking on a prawn, and had 80% of the people dining there helping me for 30 minutes until the ambulance arrived. I had people smacking me trying to get this prawn out, I only got to enjoy 3 bites of the delicious pasta! The staff said my dinner was on the house, when they didn’t have to do that, it was all very embarrassing. I think I traumatised a few people, but next time I go back I think I’ll avoid the prawns By far the best Italian food in the entrance.
