A rather uninspiring seafood buffet lunch at Sheraton Grand. Even with the coupon discount the quality of food wasn’t worth the money. The prawns were low quality which I wouldn’t buy them myself in the seafood shop. The Indian food was quite disappointing. The service was fine.

I’m usually not the one to leave a review, but I had to after todays experience. There was a staff member working Sunday morning/afternoon who firstly very rudely and loudly was telling off another staff member infront of customers. We were eating so I tried to ignore it, however I went back to dine in for lunch with my 1 year old (who ate from the buffet for free the day before with permission from staff) I then asked another staff member if she was able to eat from the buffet (as you can imagine, how much will a 1 year old eat) it was one piece of broccoli and a tiny piece of chicken (mind you the buffet was about to close anyway) I was feeding my child while waiting for my meal to arrive when this rude staff stormed in towards me and told me off about feeding my 1 year old buffet food. I told him I would happily pay if I was at fault, however it was the way he approached me about it then made me feel uncomfortable by constantly watching over me. I will happily take my business elsewhere next time I am in Sydney and won’t be staying at the Sheraton that’s for sure. It’s such a shame that one staff could leave such a sour taste in your mouth

It wasn’t really that great but don’t get me wrong,some of the food was really nice-the oysters are small but tasty,turky with delicious gravy and I think it was sweet-chilly crab that was very nice as well.

Everything is great at Feast at Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Family and friends celebrated Nikko’s birthday with buffet dinner here. Lots of seafood selection as well as dessert. A warm place to stay at while spending fun time with your loved ones and closest of friends.

Nice buffet, decent selection of food but not so large the quality suffers. Fresh seafood and lots of roast meats on offer. Nice attentive staff constantly on hand to clear away used plates. Overall very pleasant experience

Celebrated my birthday at the Feast @ Sheraton. The food selections were amazing! All the seafoods were fresh. Service was outstanding – from the receptionist, floor staffs, and chefs behind the counters. We also enjoyed the vibe of the place because of the live music. And ofcourse, not to forget the cheese section which has a perfect presentation! It has all the best cheeses and its accompaniments! Overall, I’ll highly recommend this place.

Went along to the farewell feast special, it was excellent, beautifully presented seafood selection and fresh options, the carvery dishes were cooked perfectly. This was the best buffet we have been too as a couple.
