I have no idea how this place got such a high rating. Was sorely dissapointed. My chicken burger was a giant nugget flattened and fried that didn’t even taste like chicken, was wishing I went to McDonalds. My partner got the beef burger and couldn’t even eat it as it tasted like ‘blended cardboard and gym mats’. Was the worst take away burger ever had and would not recommend this place to stray dogs let alone people.

This is my Dad’s favourite takeaway place, and has been for years. The food and service are always good. Not much seating available though, so if you have mobility issues just keep that in mind at busy times

I go here for good basic fish and chips. Fish is battered and cooked fresh – not pre-battered and part cooked then reheated like most places seem to do these days.
