Passing by this fish and chip shop, the fried fish steaks were not dry at all. I was very surprised that they were tender and juicy. I was also very surprised that I ate fried mussels for the first time. The taste was very delicious. I have bookmarked this shop so that I can come back next time

Its 9th July 2023 at 1430hrs. Extremely worst customer service. The guy was so rude. We ordered grilled blue grenadier and he gave us fried and started fighting. Instead of clarifying, he discarded the fish and threw money on face. Won’t be back and Not Recommend anyone !

So i have a kidney disease which means I cannot eat out often, and when I do I cannot have extra salt on anything. So when my friend picks up our order after requesting no salt and finds it caked in salt, that’s a great order I can’t eat at all, and just wasted my money.

I gave them one star and that’s because the chips were not too bad but the service was terrible. The man serving was so rude. He told me on the phone it would take 10 mins I don’t live close so it took me a bit longer to get there.. the shop keeper berated me like I was a child and I’m a 60 year old Apparently I took too long to get there. According to the website they close at 10pm but when I got there he told me they close at 7pm and it was 7.20pm. If you’re closing early because it’s a public holiday then it might be a good idea to let the customer know this when placing the order.. I won’t be buying my fish and chips from there anymore..

I thought I was the only one receiving the bad treatment from the staff of this place..but after reading reviews from others I know I’m not alone.i went to pick up an order for a client.the guy packed and passed the item to me..I took it and went out..when I was just about to drive away I heard a loud thud at the passenger windows.. the guy was BANGING a tin of coke against it! I opened the door and he scolded me saying ‘can’t you check?the drink was there together ‘..it definitely was not there!he passed the food item to me himself and now blaming me for ‘leaving’ the can of coke behind!it was his fault that he did not give me the drinks together with the food in the 1st place..Furthermore he BANG SHUT my car door loudly!I was so shocked I could not say a word..not worth anyway..clearly he does not belong in the service industry..I have never seen staff at other places behaving the way he did..really..really bad!!(and if he happens to be the owner it is worst then because he is ‘killing ‘his business slowly)

Worst service ever, rude owner, and bad service. He has a chip on his shoulder and is extremely rude. Spoke to my elderly parents so bad when they said that what they paid for was not given, he rudely spoke to them like they don’t know what they were saying. I wouldn’t go back their. He needs to learn to have manners and not think he is better than the people who keep his business running.
