From the moment we walked through the door we knew we were in for a good night. Emma was the perfect host and made us feel welcome. The place had a relaxed vibe with smooth tunes playing in the background. Once settled, Emma took us through the menu which sounded amazing…and it was. The camembert hot pot and Vietnamese sweet potato prawn cakes were amazing. Follow that up with lamb rack w. red wine jus and my partner having a beautiful pork belly…both were to die for. Emma’s husband Matt truly worked his magic. I did succumb to a very tasty Cheesecake brownie made by Emma…yummo.

So I am in Young for 12 weeks on a work deployment. Elliotz was recommended to me the first weekend I arrived. I have now eaten their 3 out of 5 weekends. I highly recommend. The food is executed perfectly. I can not fault them. Having tried the pork belly (incredible) the Salmon, cooked perfectly with a crispy skin ….mouthwatering. The veal medallions with Blue Cheese..divine and their panna cotta is one of the best I’ve eaten both within Australia and Overseas. Their food is as it should be. Great quality ingredients, food prepared and cooked to perfection and flavours just right. They don’t try too hard, so what you get is beautiful produce cooked brilliantly. Their wine list while not extensive, feels to have been chosen deliberately and well, as it perfectly compliments the range of dishes on offer. I would drive from Sydney to eat here!!!

I’ve eaten at Elliotz many times over the past couple of years. This food just keeps getting better, as does the menu. Never disappointed with the arrival of my food. Scrumptious every time.
