first time having subway in a long time i regret buying it the serving is pathetic even if you order extra i ordered mine with extra meat on white bread toasted and salt/pepper the bread was some sort or wheat bread or something it wasn’t white there was no salt/pepper and it was not toasted i complained to uber they dont care this really is pathetic waste of money

Food was good but the service staff are slow but Jana failed to serve and wait three customers and what should have been the “2 to 3 min moto” turned into 6 minutes each for each person including my self. She got stuck in cleaning the tools and collection tubs. And was zoned out for a while. She seems nice but she needs more social training and customer service advice. Could of asked the other two out back. Over all a 2 out of 5 experience. Food good but not the service

It’s a normal subway takeaway. The staff are truly lovely and friendly and helpful. They are willing to adjust to your wants and needs when you’re ordering. Our food was great, everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend this place

Ordered via click and collect, order was 10 minutes late due to it being very busy, understandable, no pulled pork left so substitute in classic chicken, ok. Asked when collecting sealed bag that it contains 4 footloong subs and 3 cookies, was told yes, when I got home no cookies. 3 subs were missing the cheese and were not toasted as stated in order I placed. Overall a disappointing experience have previously purchased click and collect from here with no issues, perhaps more staff on Friday night may help with correct and on time orders.

Just popped in for a quick salad. Fast service even though it was lunch rush, great helpful staff, fresh salads and good portions, gave me extra pickles, mayo and olives when I asked no worries… I tell you what I would go out of my way to visit this subway again. Definitely superior to other subways in my local area.

I wish I got her name, but I must compliment the lovely woman with the facial piercings who served us yesterday! She has the best attitude and it was the best customer service I have ever experienced! She greeted us as soon as we walked in even though it was busy inside with a line and then when she served us she apologised for the wait (even though there was of course no need to as it was not her fault it was busy) but she was very fast, bubbly, friendly and extremely detailed in making sure you get your sub exactly how you like it! Checks in at every point whether you want more/less of something or like it a certain way etc which I have never experienced. She was 10/10 and definitely deserves recognition!!

I ordered a footling snitzel sub toasted with extras and it was frosty cold. Snitzel had cold juices coming out it was that cold. Disgusting! Threw the whole thing away such a waste of money! Would have heated it up but we were on the road for the day!
