Absolutely outstanding. Cannot fault anything here. The chicken adobe fajitas are exceptional. A really good decent serving where everything shines, especially the chicken which was soft, moist and really flavoursome. The tacos are beauties as well. My wife went nuts over them. We loved our complimentary corn chips and dipping sauces to start, one jalapeño and one tomato, and all of that was delicious. We adored our margueritas too. Excellent size and full of flavour. Nice to spot to sit here also. We were outside and it was lovely. The service was terrific throughout, especially from the lovely tall girl who was probably the manager. We can’t fault this place. It’s hands down better than most Mexican places we’ve been too here in Oz and overseas. That and the specials offers make it not only a great food experience but also very affordable. Bravo

If I had to some it up in one word it would be “salty”. Salty food, salty drink, salty feeling.

idk why but my food tasted like plastic , my other friends who got the burrito bowl agreed that it didn’t taste the best (lacking flavour), though the nachos weren’t as bad. menu lacking in variety.

Starting with a disclaimer that the restaurant ultimately gave a full refund.

Had a good time on a Tuesday night for my friend’s birthday. Our server Raf was super friendly and a great conversationalist. Little disappointed that there were no hats (apparently they were out of stock) but the vibes here are always on point. Can’t beat $2 tasty tacos

Nas was lovly and offered us shots of drink we could choose from while we had our margaritas and waited for our food. Pulled pork , barramundi tacos were the best. The hot wings were delicious too but needed more sauce. The nachos were okay, definitely needed more fillings on top. It’s fun place to go with friends.

Overall disappointed. Went with a group because we heard that the experience was really fun. They did provide us with hats, but when more people joined, we were just ignored. We had booked in advance on a Friday but frankly it was quite empty, and yet the service was immensely slow when it came to the drinks. We all ordered through our phones, about five different orders going through and somehow all of our drinks got lost along the way. We waited about a half hour before following up, at which point they graciously brought them when we showed our receipts. I think it has potential to be much better, and the food arrived on time and hot, but we were quite disappointed and likely won’t return.

This is a wonderful place. Don’t be stupid and waste any time … if you’re in Brisbane get down to El Camino. Take someone you care about … you’ll have a great night out and a great memory to boot. It’s inexpensive and a great place to soak up Brisbane’s great riverside atmosphere! If you don’t go I can’t help you live a better life!

Food was great, El Camino staff was great despite issues with their codes etc. With that being said, the front door security Joey badge 173 from Elite was horrid. Couldn’t even give a genuine reason for kicking a sober person out of the venue bringing the entire group down. If you’re after a great atmosphere, as much as El Camino themselves are great, you’ll get kicked out by their security before you even get to enjoy the night. Would recommend else where. 12/10 for Ryan from Elite Security with that being said.
