The $10 piece of flake we ordered each was not much bigger than a fish finger. The chips were a little greasy but okay. We even got one raw chip thrown in with the batch of cooked chips. It was a 10C night but I think the air conditioner was on in the shop. It was actually warmer standing outside the shop. If this is the best fish n chip shop Alice Springs has to offer I feel very sorry for you. I think the good review was written by a relative.

I ordered fish and chips (family basket/family pack) I was surprised because the cost does not justify the amount of serving but the food itself is great- chips are crunchy and the fish tasted good. The waiting area/dine in table infront of the shop needs a bit of improvement to be more inviting but overall, would still go back.

Was once a great fish and chips shop but now they can’t even listen to how many fish you want. You call them up to inform them that your missing something so they just hang up on you. Horrible service now and zero customer service skills at all

You could spend $100 here and only get enough chips to find two people, the chips would also be vomit inducing. I have seen babies hands bigger than the potato cakes they sell here, don’t waste your money taking out a loan from the bank just to get enough food for your lunch.

Totally understand why fish in a desert is super expensive, but can’t really explain why they charged nearly $7 for a serving of factory frozen chips (average out 50c per chip) that’s $3 anywhere else. Ok food, but twice the price than its worth.
