It was a nice Thursday evening and I went I went for my daily dominoes run, upon arrival I was greeted by a worker named “tin”. His customer service was great and his overall energy was quite the pleasure. I will 100% be looking forward to the next time he serves me. THAT MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!!⬆️ I don’t think Tim made this pizza because he was leaving on his bike but it was absolutely delicious

I wouldn’t normally review a place after 11pm. As I just generally have lowered my expectations of Brisbanes late night food deliveries. Yah it’s just better than having to make something. But often times I just end up making something myself as it’s that bad once it gets here. But WOW was so amazed with what I got. This place really left me with hope that good food late at night can still happen. It’s not just one of the same kitchens trying to pass itself off as something different it actually is something good and different. Would recommend

From the moment I placed my order on the phone, the employee assisting me was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

I got served by Tom today and his customer service is absolutely awful. He had absolutely no manners speaks over the top of you, doesn’t listen when you do speak. I don’t recommend going to this domino’s at all. Regardless of the fact that it’s only a pizza shop the customer service is still very important. Not to mention the manager on has the exact same attitude. Absolutely disgusting. The food itself was disgusting. Will never go back there

I ordered some stuff from here for delivery and I’ve found 2 pieces of hair inside that pizza. This was absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. People need to be more careful while making food for others. (Not sure if you can see the hair in the image I uploaded but it’s there.)

Consistently the worst dominos I have ever been to. The first few times my cheese pizza was awful and i thought being in west end they would do every pizza with vegan cheese or something as it always tasted not right and not like normal dominos. Last night we got 2 pizzas, my partners pizza looked like one of the staff member pleasured themselves while boxing it up. My partner had to wipe alot of it off and even then it didnt taste right. So we think we figured out that this dominos is using different sauce and cheese (ie.. not dominos standard), potentially to save cost or just due to pure laziness. I really think dominos hq should look into this further because you can even see in the photos that they don’t look right at all.
