Orders are almost always wrong. Delivery drivers are always nice and friendly so I don’t blame them. I blame the workers in the kitchen who sit on their phones ignoring our calls when we just want to see why our orders are late and wrong.

Don’t bother trying to call and check on your order. The kids working their have headphones on and dont bother answering the phone. My pizza was 20 minutes late and the app said it was still being made so i tried to call to see what was happening. After no one picking up for 10 mins I drove in to talk to them about it. There was only one kid working and he had headphones on. I called the restaurant from INSIDE and heard it ring and watched him not respond. Ridiculous. He told me its super busy and hes the only one working. I said he could have told me this over the phone if he would bother picking up. I drove home and as i got in the driveway he called to apologize as there were no delivery drivers for my order. I asked if my pizza was ready because i will turn around and come back and he said “well i can start to make it now if you want”. I said don’t bother and to cancel/refund my order. Terrible customer service.

Literally every single time I’ve ordered, there’s been something wrong. You make any sort of modification and they’ll screw it up. On top of that when they mess up your order, and they send another one out, they expect you to sit there not touching the pizza, going hungry for 20+ minutes while you wait for another one, something that no other domino’s store and goes against domino’s policy’s.

Probably the most slowest dominos I’ve visited. Every time we’ve ordered from here, they’ve missed items from my orders and I’ve had to tell them an most the times they’re just standing around scratching their heads like they have no clue what im talking about . When we order some pizzas are deep pan an they’re so doughy tasting.

The pizza’s keep getting smaller. I ordered a 50% bigger pizza (a limited time extra large option for ALL pizza’s) and it was smaller than a order I had 6 months ago. The delivery driver couldn’t find my address and was driving up and down the street a couple of times while I was waiting at the front. And when he called me up I could barely understand a word he was saying. Terrible experience, probably wait until they get new management again.
